Loud high pitch girding noise 95 XJ
Hi I have a 95 xj sport with a 4.0 and an automatic transmission and I am experiencing a horrible noise coming from I suspect the starter and flexplate. The engine starts up fine but when it is running it immediately makes this noise. The flexplate has a little ware and the starter I was told was fine. I also heckled the battery and it has 9.6v and 14.2v while running. It didn't happen when I first replaced the starter and randomly started while driving and now does it from start.
All of the gauges don't work as well
