lose MPG with HD clutch fan?

Im thinking of getting the grand cherokee clutch fan for my 98 xj, im just wondering did anyone lose very many mpg doing this mod?

I replaced my old fan clutch on my 95ZJ with a new HD fan clutch and lost almost 2mpg, but my temp has gone down by 5-10 degrees.

Not worth it then, ill just buy a 3row rad. thank you.

efan and ditch the mech fan? I did and i would do it again
