Loose timing chain rattle?

Loose timing chain rattle?
Just curious if you guys think the rattle in the first video could be caused by the loose timing chain in the second video, what do ya think? I have the new engine in already and trying to figure out if I need to have the original engine rebuilt or a simpler fix?
