Loose metal sound in exhaust?

Loose metal sound in exhaust?
I notice when I accelerate I get this loose metal fluttering sound in my exhaust. My rig does have a crack in the manifold but it doesn't sound like a leak, it sounds like loose metal fluttering around in the pipes. Today I was pulling onto the highway and turned sharply to get into the far lane and heard a flutterclank! and now there is no sound. It doesn't look like my exhaust is missing anything and it's not clogged (plenty of power) what could it be? Loose metal in the cat maybe?

Engine: 12 hole bosch Injectors
very possible when exhaust is cool try banging on muffler and cat if some thing loose youll hear it rattle.
