Default Loose lower dash

The lower dash on my 96 xj is loose. So loose that when I plug a scanner into the obd2 port the whole bottom half of the dash moves. I can very easily jiggle the dash. Maybe there are some screws missing?

You mean it's not suppose to be like that?

More than likely missing a few screws... I think there suppose to be 6-10 total, mine is currently being held up by 3 I think, and maybe some sort of velcro/tape.

I'd love to know where they all go...
