Looking for fender flare brackets

I've got a 99 xj with 3 inch budget boost and 31's. I have been popping my fender flares off on a regular basis now and have gotten use to just putting them right back on. I was replacing one last weekend, and as I was unscrewing them some of the bolts broke off. I was looking at quadratec for replacement brackets and saw that they only carried up to 96 in the replacement retainers. I was wondering if any one knows of a site where they actually do carry retainers for a 99 xj. Thanks.

Got the exact same problem. Has anyone ever attempted making their own?

The part numbers are stamped into them. A bit of searching and you can find them, but they were $40 per corner when I checked.

I took my dremel and a cutting wheel, buzzed the broken studs flush at the bracket, then drilled a small hole through the center of each one. Bought a bunch of M5x .8mm x25mm bolts, an M5 tap, M5x .8 nuts (I try to keep fastener sizes consistent when repairing stuff, and the farm/fleet store has scads of Metric stuff), and some JB weld. Tap hole, thread bolt most of the way in, dab some JB on the head, and run them the rest of the way in. The next day... voila! $15 worth of junk saved me $80 on brackets.

Mowed down a deer a few weeks after the first repair, and the repair held, although it folded up the bracket itself. If you've got access to a welder, skip the tapping and JB weld part. Cut, drill, weld, reinstall.

Yeah, hence the run to the farm and fleet store. One of the online MOPAR stores was the only place I found them, and they don't give anything away. Local dealer is kind of hopeless when it comes to XJ parts.

I put mine back on using 3m foam tape the strong red backed tape and just cleaned the fender off good with some rubbing alcohol the best test for me was that they stayed on through a carwash and ive rubbed the tires into them a few times on the trails

I have 3 out of the 4. I sold one of the rears, but can't remember which side off the top of my head, I'll check & post back here.

Some of these have been drilled and had machine screws put in, but they work.

Can anyone produce a website so I can just buy them? Cause I threw mine away like an idiot when I was going to just cut my front and back fenders. Now my jeep looks stupid without front flares...:/
