IDK what kind of lights cops use?? I have a 1,000,000 candle power spot, that I plug into my cig lighter, and it is bright as can be. It will throw a beam for what seems like a mile!! As far as the WM oil comparo, that should just be a no brainer. I wouldn't put it in my lawn mower, but that is just me!! Not the answers you were looking for exactly, but I hope it helps a little!!

as far as the oil goes, it all has to pass the same base testing, but the better oil you buy, the more anti-decomposition or the better "breakdown rate". bottom line, the cheaper the oil, the closer to 3000 miles it dies and looses its protection. as for the spotlights http://www.unityusa.com/Revised%20Ne...ain%20Page.htm

Super-Tech is manufactured by Warren Performance Packaging (Omaha, NE), ExxonMobil and Shell. Havoline is used on occasion too. More information can be found in the links below to the Material Safety Data Sheets.

Nothing wrong with SuperTech oil if you follow the recommended service schedule for your vehicle.

Personally- I run Shell Rotella T in my 4.0.

Change your oil every 3,000 miles, and SuperTech oil is just as good as any other brand that's properly certified. It's a bargain and just repackaged as diskman says.

I use either NAPA or Advance Auto Parts house-brands.

Both are Exxon/Mobil just relabeled.

Cop spotlights are usually a 100 watt pencil-beam. Find some good "driving lights" with 100 watt bulbs and parabolic reflectors and you can have the same power.
