light problem
 

i have a light problem. all my lights work except for my interior lights, the problem is though that i cant get my parking lights and headlights on at the same time, i can get the parking lights to come on but its not in the parking light spot its in between that and the headlights and then when i click to headlights they all go off but headlights come on. i tried a new switch that didnt help. i dont know what to do here

My mate's 95 XJ had the same issue, he found that adjusting the steering wheel tilt up and down fixed the problem. Whenever it returned, he'd just move the wheel up and down again. So it must have been a dodgy wire or plug near the column somewhere, possibly even the wire that runs up to the column stalk. Hope that gives you somewhere to start
