Default Lifting in the rust belt

Well im getting to the point were I can afford a desent lift kit. Living in Wisconsin I have rust. I was wondering what things I should get extra that would help me lift my truck. I'm stocking up on PB blaster and I has access to a 60gal tank, impact wrench, and OA torch. I also was told to get BPE's. I'm getting the rusty's 4.5 spring pack. Also I think i'm going to be getting TRE's. Where should I go to get good BPE's and TRE's? Any other parts that I might need? I'm riding stock and I have DW. I just figure I should just get a lift that replaces everything instead of replacing with stock suspension and getting the lift later.

Thanks,

Make sure you dont forget about your brake lines and a pitman arm and such for correcting your steering.. I hate rust...

Im only getting a 4.5" lift I dont think I will need a new pitman arm. i have all new brake lines 2000 miles old and the kit has extensions for the rear an i'll just move the front line.

The XJ is going to be and Ice truck and farm trail truck. I work for a resort were I'm constantly trying to get my stock XJ over snow banks and bottoming out and getting stuck. I also bottom out a lot on the trails on the lake at higher speeds.

Be easy with the upper bolt in the rear shackle they can break inside the frame. Make sure you have the proper bolts to replace your stock ones and sawzall, cut off wheel, torch, and bfh. I use a huge braker bar with a cheater pipe also. Goodluck
