Lifted xj track bar question

Lifted xj track bar question
our xj has 5.5" (i think, have sagged a bit) coils up front along with the RCX cad kit. Ive been wheeling it ever since on the stock track bar and its now starting to clunk with a little play in it. rough country lists 2 different lift size replacement track bars, 4" lift and 6/8" lift. should i go with the 4" one or the 6/8" one. I was planning on doing the 4" one since the stock one has been handling all this lift for a while, but was wondering if i HAD to have 6-8" to run the 6/8" one.
