Adjustable LCA's, T-case drop, Pitman arm drop, quick-discos, longer brake lines ('95 YJ for the front, '96 Dakota for the rear), better steering stabilizer. Adjustable track bar would be nice but not necessary. I think that covers it, but I may have missed something.

you got some stuff that are nice but not needed on that list.

don't "need"
adjustable control arms
pit man arm drop
quick discos
better steering stabilizer

they are all nice items but not necessary for that height. that adjustable trac bar is more necessary then those items. the brake lines are necessary and i think the trac bar is necessary because the stock one will pull your axle over to the driver's side more then an inch if you use it at that height but thats your call.

your going to have to put your lift, shocks, and brake lines on and then see if you get vibes to find out if your going to need any drop kits to realign stuff. i didn't need anything but i did buy a control arm drop kit after reading about them. and that kit was so worth the money because of how it smoothed out the ride.

all i have in my 5" lift is:
lift
shocks
brake lines (the ones listed by the other guy)
adjustable trac bar
control arm drop kit

i have no shimmies or shakes and i have bee up over 75 just to try it out. i normally cruise at 75 on long trips so i wanted to make sure it was ok for that and the jeep is great on the highway.

you dont need all that,

the RC kit i have came with a adj track bar and drop bracket them 4.5 spring and left spring, shocks, and a long arms and skid plats for the trans and t case and brake lines

you dont need to drop t case. just add 2.5o shims in rear left springs. and adj the front about 2o. i have no vibs what so ever

Sorry, super and shint are correct - you don't NEED all the stuff I listed. But, they do make for a much better rig.
You do need to adjust your control arms if your axle isn't centered (front to rear) after putting on the lift. Adjustable CA's are the best way to do this, but drop brackets work and cost less.
A pitman arm drop isn't necessary, but it puts less strain on your steering if you have it.
The stock steering stabilizer is alright, but with a 4.5" lift, a better one (rough country's) makes a world of difference.
Quick discos are great when your hitting the trails. They give you way more articulation. Best part is, you don't have to spend a ton of money to get 'em. Check the Fabrication section and search $7 disconnects. I'm running this set up and it works great. No issues at all.
If you do get any vibrations, a t-case drop or shims are needed. I say do the drop just because it gives you a medium duty t-case skid if you do it right. And you don't really lose any clearance because your muffler is there anyway.

Like I said, sorry, it's not all NEEDED, but definitely recommended IMO.
