Default lift kit question

okay so i've got a 98 xj 4x4 i want to lift it but dont want to spend a fortune doing it so i've got two ideas, i only need a small lift as i dont plan on hitting narly trails

1. get a set of 1-2 inch coil spacers and 1-2inch lift shackels if i do it this way then i will def. be replacing the leaf springs

OR

2. buy a rubicon express 2 inch budget boost as well as new leaf springs.

what would you guys do?

option #2 brand new leaf springs is a good route to go down when lifting a cherokee.... just adding longer shackles to a already sagging leaf spring is just blah... ugly

i suggest just purchasing an RC 1.5" spacer lift and new springs, but if you have the little bit extra just get a 3" w/ full packs.

rc 1.5": $2.49.99

+

new springs: $99.99 x2 = $199.98

=$449.97

RC 3" kit w/ full packs = $509.99

Yeah when I work on my Jeep its with a strong attention to detail, I am probably going to go the route of a Teraflex 1.5" budget boost witha new set of leaf springs and u bolts. It fits my budget and I dont need anything extreme, this kit will do just fine.

Now the only question is had anybody on here used this kit?
