lift kit ID help

Can anyone help me I'D this lift kit? Guy claims its a RC 4-8" for an XJ but looks like stock arms and drop brackets from a RE kit. Lord RC kit?

The 2 control arms in the center of the pic look stock but I'm not familiar w RC.
