lift gate hinge question
 

my xj is a 96 model.i noticed that the seals or pads under the rear hatch hinges are cracked and disintegrating.these' hinge pads' are the ones on top of the roof under the hinges.ive googled but cant find any replacements. anybody know if this is a part that can be purchased somewhere?
