If I go 4" and 33"s what all would I have to change in my driveline and steering. I know I would need an adjustable trackbar, and I plan on new LCAs.
Would I have to do an SYE, shim, new shaft???? Thanks for all input.

i think the older XJ's can take more lift before needing an SYE or having vibes. but as always, every jeep reacts differently to lift, so theres not really much way of judging whether you will need one or not before you do it other than getting input from people with a similar setup to what you going for.

Offroadnut, Your 90 XJ with 4' lift will be fine with a 1" TC drop and 6 degree axle shims or you can do the SYE. It's up to you. MY 4.5" kit came from the dealer with the TC drop and degree shims. My XJ rolls along fine with no vibes.
