Default lets try this again

i posted my issue before but I never resolved it. so lets try it again. 99 4.0 AW4 231. my issue is when I brake from roughly 10mph to 0 I get a rumble that feels like its coming from underneath the jeep. no issues with braking at any other speed just from that last few mph to 0. the weird thing is I also feel it if I let it coast forward with no gas and no brakes. it feels like driving over rumble strips. so heres what ive done so far
new rotors and pads no change
new Timken hubs and spicer u joints, no change
new drums, liners, and cylinders, no change
rear driveshaft u joints, no change
did the swap from d35 to 8.25 with new bearings, brakes, and donor driveshaft with new u joints, no change.
to eliminate the front driveshaft as an issue I took it off and drove around for a week, no change.
its not the transmission cuz ill drop it into neutral from 25 to 0 and itll still do it. all fluids have been changed recently. what else can it be? control arm bushings? yokes? bad gears? im ready to pull my hair out

The few things left that have not been changed it the carrier bearings, spider gears and tires. The spiders should only cause a problem if you were turning, going straight the should not even be moving. That pretty much leaves carrier bearings and tires. Well and pinion bearing.

Well I don't think the tires would be an issue if it's doing the rumble at such slow speeds. Going fast I don't get the rumble. I can even drive up to 80 with no issues

Tires are a possibility. My XJ tires feel very rough when coming to a stop. As for the popping, check all of the bushings in the front end, including control arms.

Does it do it with the rear on jackstands? Might make it easier to find the source.
Just on a whim, what does the slip joint @ the transfer case look like? If it's dry you'll get a pop! when you come to a stop.

That might be my next step for the popping sound. I'm gonna take it off and drive on 4hi to see if it still does it

So today I decided to take off the rear driveshaft in hopes to find my rumble. Unfortunately I snapped a u joint strap in the process. So right now I'll be driving in 4hi until I hey this fixed. Vibes still present. Also did new rotors and pads for the second time. Still get a rumble when coming to a stop. There's not much else I can think of
