Default Left side front lighting

Hey, I got a problem with my XJ..
Only the highbeam of the left front lights work.
When i try the turnsignals on either side my instrument cluster just give a quick flash indication.
Does anybody have any pointers on what might be the problem?

Thanks!

Gonna guess at the year, and other particulars of your XJ...

1984 XJ then. The "fast blink" is probably a corroded light socket or burned out light. Since your XJ is almost 33 years old, I'm gonna say that the sockets are corroded and causing issues. Have you swapped the headlights around? Maybe you just have a burned out High on the right one.
