leaking throwout bearing

So i just got done replacing my clutch and i started my Xj to get some pressure and it had a bad leak from the bellhousing. My buddy told me i probably have too much pressure from excess air in the libel and i just need to properly bleed it. So is this even possible? Lol

...and to answer your question: No. Any extra air in the system will cause LOWER pressure to your components as the air is compressible (were the fluids are not). That's why your petals go "soft" when you get air into hydraulic systems.

That's what i thought. Its probably just an o ring. My luck right?

Look on the bright side: You will be well versed in removing that tranny when you decide its time to swap in an AX-15 or NV3550!

Unless an exterior slave is dripping off the bottom tricking you. I'm not sure where mine on my 84 drips off, but it sure leaves a spot.
