leaking red fluid, help?
I have a 93" jeep cherokee.
I just seen today its leaking red fluid from the front left side.
I looked under and its coming from some sort of skid plate or something..
Would this red fluid be power streering or ATF?
Also, are jeep known for leaking from this and is it a must fix?

That is most likely your tranny cooler lines and yes you need to fix it.Just keep an eye on your tranny fluid level really close until you do get it fixed.

Coolant would be green. It could be power steering fluid from the pump that is running across the skid plate and dripping, or transmission fluid leaking from the lines to the radiator.

Mine is now leaking red fluid from the front left (driver side) and it's power steering fluid. It's all over that side of the skid and dripping. Check your hoses. Have someone turn the wheel when it's running.
