what do you want, sound, performance?. i personally have outgrown the loud exhaust. lots of guys here have flowmaster of different varieties. i'd pick a nice less agressive flowmaster.

My exhaust is 2.5" pipe so it wouldn't fit in the stock position between the leaf spring and the gas tank, either. I had the muffler shop bend me up a one of a kind tailpipe that exits at the corner of the body on the passenger side. You could do this with a basic chrome tip and have it look good but, one of those riced out stovepipe tips wouldn't look right. You didn't really elaborate on what kind of "cool" exhaust tip it was. Hope this helps.

hahaha. yeah, i am planning on heading to the local muffler shop. going for 2.5 inch and possibly a new cat. now, i did hear 'high flow' cats were a load of bs. they told me the stock cat would most lilkely allow the exhaust to flow straight through with no problem. ??? what do you guys think. i would love to go no muffler as well, but will i pass emissions and inspection?? no one i have talked to has come up with an answer.

one more thing, i have yet to outgrow the 'loud' stage. so i want it to be as loud and still sound as good as possible. although taht could simply be a matter of opinion. because many of the honda's i see are louder than s*** but are the most annoying thing you could imagine
