Default knocking in left real wheel well - 2011 Grand Cherokee

I have a 4-month old 2011 Grand Cherokee. I remember a left rear noise from time to time when I first bought it, but was too happy with the car to think anything could be wrong. I'm still very happy w/ the car but the occasional knock in the left rear wheel well is fairly common and would seem a problem - mainly when turning right or hitting a slightly rough section of road. Sounds like a golf ball tapping the steal siding, but only once at a time and not every time I turn or hit rough pavement. I have the tow- and skid-plate package if that would have any impact. Thoughts? Thanks!

x2. Take it to the dealer and have them fix it on their dime.

Not to be mean, but that is just plain stupid. Use your warranty and start a paper trail going in case there is a problem after the warranty expires.
