I can't think of any reason that a problem with the thermostat would prevent the engine from starting. It's possible that you disconnected something while working on the car.
How are you verifying that you have spark? Where are you seeing it?
On the leak, it's probably what nujeepguy said. When you install the thermostat housing, sometimes the thermostat itself will drop a bit out of its place, and prevent the housing from sealing properly. You'll need a new gasket to fix it. Some recommend using a small dab or two of gasket sealer to sort of glue the thermostat in place while you install it. Don't use RTV or any other silicone sealer.

First fix the leak...on a 93 the temp sensor in the tstat housing helps regulates fuel flow to the injectors. If it reads normal range warm/ hot it cuts back fuel...cold it adds fuel and disconnected goes to failsafe which turns on the fan and dumps lots of fuel. Make sure you didn't hit the vaccum line on the fuel pressure regulator which is on the end of the fuel rail where you were working

I believe at the same area as the coolant sensor connector.wiring there is also the wiring that goes down to the 02sensor. Possibly you pinched or shorted those wires
I know for a fact that if the right wire gets cut, pinched, grounded, shorted that it will pop the engine cntrl fuse in the PDC and you will get crank/no start.
First check all those fuses and go from there.

I checked the spark by spark tester tool..
I checked all the fuses..because last time when my ground was bad, the 30A fuse blown. But i will check again the wiring.

When you say "the fuel rail, fuel drips when i release the pressure in the fuel rail." Define "drip." It should rip out of there @ like 45/50 psi and there shouldn't be pressure loss if the pump is running. I've had a pump run well enough to get my rail to pressure but can't keep up under load. Did you use a fuel pressure gauge to confirm?

An unlikely outside shot. Your Map is back up there on the firewall, green connector. A silly brittle little tube runs from there forward to a rubber plug on the TB. Just setting down a tool, or breathing on that wrong could break it. It may be touching the harness with wires to the T-stat housing. It's crucial that is intact for the Jeep to run right. Unlikely, but supper easy to check that tube.
