jeep won't start

jeep won't start
my jeep will start up just fine every morning. but if i drive it a short distance, then i have trouble. i cant get it started unless i put it in neutral, if that does'nt work then i push the jeep back a few inches and then it will start. but if i start it up in the morning and drive it till it warms up then i don't have a problem
