Jeep won't downshift after cleaning IAC and TPS

Default Jeep won't downshift after cleaning IAC and TPS
My jeep won't down shift all the way when I get on it and it didn't happen until i took my idle air control off to clean and my throttle position sensor and out it back on. It falls I'm it's face and barely accelerates

Sounds like a bad tps mine did the same thing when I got it wet going thru a mud hole. Any cel codes??

You may have screwed the TPS adjustment up when you removed it. Cruiser, am I right?
