Jeep toe out issue help?
 

Ok well the jeep has been pulling right for a while so today I got to take a good look at it and I can see that the right hand tire is toe out and the left is straight. What can cause this? also how do I fix, will I have to rotate the tie rod end on just the right hand side to get the correct toe on it? Also does toe out on one wheel cause pulling or do I need an alignment?
