Default Jeep loses power and idles rough after 10-30 seconds of running.

Hi all,
I have a 2001 jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0 and I have been having problems with my Jeep running, to the point to where it is not road safe.
As the title says, I will start my Jeep and it will idle fine for 10 - 30 seconds, then it will start to idle very rough and I lose all of my power. I cannot drive it above 30 MPH and it struggles to go anywhere. You cannot accelerate it and, when you try it will spit and sputter. Also it does this intermittently which leads me to believe it is an electronic problem. I have exhausted all of my knowledge on what this could be.
Here are some of the things I have changed to attempt to resolve this issue:
cam and crank pos sensor
evap solenoid
fuel pump module
upstream and downstream O2 sensor
plugs and coil pack
cleaned idle air control valve
Throttle body sensor
MAP sensor

Any help would definitely be appreciated. This does not throw a code so I can't figure out what my problem is.

I have already changed the fuel filter. On 01's the fuel filter is part of an assembly with the fuel pump.

It would be useful to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to check the fuel pressure when it's idling rough. Eliminate a variable.
