Jeep Idles rough and very weak heat

Jeep Idles rough and very weak heat

Hello everybody.
I want to start by saying thank you in advance for helping me out with this situation. I love my 2001 jeep cherokee sport and it is our only running car right now. Just recently I noticed that it is idling rough and it feels kind of "chuggy". Also we have very weak heat. and in Michigan that poses a problem. Any body know where to start?

When was the last time you gave it a complete tune up. As for the heat it sound like you need to start with a good cooling system flush.

Engine: 4.0 HO Straight Six

New NGK copper spark plugs gapped to .035 and run some injector cleaner in the gas tank. Also clean the throttle body and IAC. That'd be a good start
