jeep hard to start and lacks power when warm

Lately my jeep's been hard to start, engine turns over about 10 times to get it to start, and I have to give it a little gas sometimes. Then, I was wheelin the other day, and when my jeep got warm (not overheating) it lost all power and would barely run. Drove it around the block about 5 times the next day to warm it up, and its ok. Then, go wheelin again, and I wasn't going as long, but it starts to do it again.

Possible causes I've heard/thought of:

cat (clogged)
fuel filter
fuel injector
tps
coolant temp sensor (engine management)

You have some pretty good ideas on the causes.
I would also consider a tuneup, and take a look at the CPS.
