Turns out they gave me the wrong code (or I heard it wrong on the phone). It was P1495 - LDP Solenoid. Which has been an issue since I got the car but they called me today with the real problem. There was a wire harness somewhere behind the motor that was frayed and shorting out. They're saying now there never was a problem with the PCM. Good thing I got one online for $170 instead of paying them $1200. They're still hitting me for $900 so that will be the last time I go to a dealer for anything.
