ok guys, i got the code, and here is what the paper says
p0138
definition:circuit condition (heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2)
explanation:the powertrain control module uses the 02 sensor to calculate air/fuel ratio in the exhaust
Probable cause: 02 sensor is defective
fuel system is running rich or lean
engine misfire
fuel pressure to high or low
that is what the paper says
here is what i did today, first i cleaned the throttle body, it was dirty, not bad for 140,000 miles, but still dirty...i got is really clean, then i ran the jeep for about 30 min, then replaced the front o2 sensor and the rear 02 sensor (the front was a ntk and the rear was a bosch) dont think that matters, but anyway....they are both brand new with a clean throttle body and a new air filter...still got the code
now what?
the guy at autozone who ran the code says that the computer might take a while to realize the new sensors, but he said i should pull the battery cables off, to reset the system. I dont have a problem with that if it will help, but if that wont help at all, then i just erased all my radio settings for nothing
anyway let me know
thanks

guy is correct. Ecu needs to re learn all fuel trims and voltage values when it is warming up. It requires few warm up periods or several minutes trip on different speeds.
But be sure that you have connected all wires in correct order. and please be sure that your oxygen sensors are the correct ones.
I replaced few sensors in past but one in a VW Jetta was a pain in.. head
First it was bosch branded universal one, it didint work, then bought a NTK with a very similar part number but it didnt work neither. Then we found that ECU was problematic it was repaired by a technician and everything went correctly. It was telling us that P0138 was there.
In our case, probably first o2 sensor which was broken or new one which were faulty burnt ECO circuitry.

yea you are correct, i tried the whole jeep computer thing
unhooked the positive batter cable, (cleaned it while i waited 30 seconds), put it back on, then turn the ignition on, headlights on, then off, turn ignition off
that fixed it, light is gone, jeep idles smoother, runs good, hoping my mileage will go up a little
although 275 miles to a tank isnt bad, i wouldnt mind getting closer to 300
