Default Jeep Cherokee Aux Fan

Wondering if someone would be able to help me out here. I have a 98 Jeep Cherokee inline 6. When the Aux fan kicks in it vibrates the whole Jeep and sounds messed up. Seems to shake the passenger side more, but the aux fan is on the drivers side So i dont understand what is going on. Any Ideas?

Plastic fan blade could be missing/broken causing an out-of-balance condition.

Maybe excessive draw on the electrical system causing the engine to slow enough to cause the vibration? Does the engine sound like it is working harder when the fan kicks on? check to be sure you have the proper fuses etc for that circuit.
