On its way out? Help!!

So ill get straight to the point here on this one...

I own a 2000 Jeep XJ, 3.5 IronRock/RC Lift.

Did a 1300 mile drive from Rhode Island to Florida, and now I'm
dealing with some issues to the point where I have no idea what Im
getting myself into...

Ever since entering the Florida heat I feel like this is the reason why Its acting up....This is what he does....

1. *JUST STARTED TODAY 09/05/2014* Jeep is making obnoxious noises,
vibrating and trying to stall out on me. This is my main concern, Ill add a video of this, so you can get an Idea of what im talking about...

2. When reversing out of the driveway and shifting into DRIVE, it has absolutely no go, wont rev over 2000RPM, (With my foot to the floor)
Takes a few seconds to get it going then it finally catches up to speed and
will then Run over 2000RPM.

3. When Idleing the oil pressure drops to about 20, and the Temperature raises to about 210/215, and sometimes vibrates. Once I get moving the Oil goes back to about 40/45, and the temp drops to 200.

4. When pulling up to a stop sign or a red light, and then having the light change to green, I can put my foot to the floor and as I previously have stated before, it wont REV above 2000RPM until it decides to catch up to me a few seconds later then its fine, until the next light...

====CANT get the link to upload so here it is.........

Anybody have any ideas on this? I just had my catalaytic converter replaced about a year or so ago so I dont think its that. I did a check engine light test before the drive, and I just had a evap leak (Gas Cap), as well as my o2 sensors are no good, but its been like that for a while and Ive NEVER had any issues running bad sensors. It does leak ALOT of oil because I need a new seal, but Im constantly keeping up and checking my oil fluids.. Im really hoping its nothing Engine or Tranny related, BUT I need to hear what you guys think.

The Check Engine Light is telling u something is wrong and should not be ignored/taken lightly. Finding out what the trouble codes are will go a long ways towards having a good running XJ.

I already know what the codes are reading ( evap from gas cap and bad o2 sensors but all of my xjs have run perfectly fine even with bad sensors). Maybe its changed in the past couple of days but I doubt it.

Your jeep might be trying to tell you something, but i doubt it.

Not looking for sarcasm just some help... The issues that my jeep has
Are always promptly taken care of. This is why Im stating that I doubt that its
Reading any new codes. All I want is to hear some opinions or whatever yall think it may be then Ill go ahead and fix it up the way it should be done. Its probably the newest/oldest jeep with everything I have done with it, which is why I state I doubt its reading any new codes..

Not trying to give you sarcasm. But seriously, go read the damn codes. You can "doubt" it's throwing any new codes all you want but until you actually confirm it you're doing nothing but guessing and guessing isn't how you would want someone to fix your vehicle now is it?

If it's only doing it at idle (when you start it, at stop signs, red lights, etc) i'd take a look at your IAC. When those start acting up the jeep doesn't really know where to idle and it'll act/idle really funny.

I see you took that video at a Walmart. Are you anywhere near an autoparts store? I'm sure if you go into any of them the guys behind the counter would be more than willing to help some chick out.

Unplug all the sensors connected to the TB and let the jeep run in limp mode. See if that fixes any of your problems.

Possibly low fuel pressure and vapor locking from the heat.

"I'll post a video" & "does this when..." don't really cut it. If you want to fix it that's going to take a little effort & some diagnostics on your part. Check the stored codes with a scanner then clear them once those circuits are repaired, see what comes back. What's the fuel pressure in psi? The check engine light illuminates to get your attention that something is wrong. Probably a bad idea to just ignore it and keep driving it forever.

Could somebody pass the cheese, please?

2000> o2 sensors =?

Well ill be damned, I guess im a little too stubborn to believe that my jeep is invisible to
Issues. So I apologize for that lol . Anywho had my check engine light done again this morning, and the codes are as followed.

1. Cylinder Missfire Cylinder 3. ( Maybe a spark plug? Orginally I had 3 misfires, so I changed my rail out and now its only throwing off one Misfire )

2. Catalist 2, Below Efficiency. ( I know my o2 sensors are no good, and I had my catalytic converter replaced not too long ago, could it be faulty again ? )

3. Transmission Shift Solenoid B- Issue. Well I think that explains why it
Tries to stall out on me when I start it up.

"2000
Heat
#3 misfire
"

Might want to do a compression test before anything else.

The newer '99+ XJs always seem to have an issue with "heat soak" and specifically a misfire on cylinder 3 as a result. Just do a quick Google search for "Jeep Cherokee Heat Soak" and you will find pages of info on it including causes and cures. I am sure you will see a recurring theme of 2000 XJs and Cylinder 3 misfire all through the search results. :)
