Default Intermittent tach, speedometer, and airbag light problem

The first time I go to drive my Cherokee in the morning the tach and speed gauges have been going out and coming back on a number of times going down the road. This has been accompanied by the airbag light coming on and going out. All 3 sometimes would act up together at once or would take turns going out/coming on. If I stop, shut the ignition off, and turn it back on, everything goes back to normal until the next morning. Not sure what this could mean. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
The vehicle: '99 Cherokee Sport, 4.0L, AT, 4wd, 168,000 miles

Sorry l can't help with this, but just to let you know, mine does EXACTLY the same thing!!!!!!!! Although, sometimes if l hit a bump in the road, it'll right itself. Think it must be something a little loose, but how do you know where to start? Sometimes mine will be okay for months, then it'll just start up again.

The gauge cluster is coming loose from the plugs in back, stupid design as the plugs are solid mounted to some frame work, and don't actually "Snap" into place, the gauge cluster just slides in. Basically, push on the top right corner of the cluster to push it back into the plugs. I took my dash apart to see if there was a way to jimmy rig it to stay plugged in, but didn't see an easy solution.
