Default Intermitten loss of power while driving (long version)

Hi all,
I wanted to share a problem I had that I believe I've fixed so if anyone runs into this in the future you'll be able to try to see if this is a fix.

For the last couple weeks I've had a loss of engine power for just a split second at the most random occasions. At idle engine speed it would sometimes kill the engine, other times almost kill it, but the engine would fire back up.
My first attempt to fix was a week in, logic said that it wasn't a fuel problem because when the engine would come back online there would be a power surge of the possibly unburned fuel in the system. So electrical then.... I hate intermitten as it always runs fine when the hoods up and the multimeters in my hands.
The manual says the coil is powered by the ASD relay, and grounded by the ECM so I cleaned the ECM ground and the problem went away.
Four days later it started again.... ever so randomly.
Saturday I was taking on a short trip so I cleaned up every ground I could get my hands on.
We hit the highway and two miles out of town we turned back, I was worried we'd even make it home. after several times of extended power loss and down stream detination (which may have screwed my cat/muff) it died and I pulled in to a parking lot.
My XK buddy was on his way when I decided to swap the relays between the A/C and ASD, fired right up.
Haven't had a problem since.

I consider myself decent at mechanics and diagnostics but was wrong thinking a relay was all or none. The ASD relay provides power to the coil so if anyone runs into similar issues in the future try swapping the ADS relay and replace if required.
