Default Installing Lift, slight problem

I'm removing the rear springs to install a 3" RC lift, and it looks like the forward bolts have seized inside the bushings. One backed out about 3/4" before it happened. Now what? Sawzall time?
I had this happen on my old Scout II, but I was able to punch the bolt thru to remove it. Can't do it with this design; except to drill thru the frame rail. Any suggestion?

Thanks

use a heat gun, they can heat up to like 1100 degrees, just put it on there for a good few min, and PB blaster.. that should get the result your lookin for

just welded new nut in my frame rail. hope you dont have to do the same its not hard just agrivating....i would try and put heat on it but the bushings will melt alittle. you could cut the bolt. then spray pb blaster directly on starting threads that go in frame rail. id be glad to tell you how i welded ne nut in place step by step if it comes to that. mine is perfect now and while i was there i welded all seams on frame and perches on both sides.

oh try running it in and out over and over with impact..that wil generate heat and possibly work its way out....i think i saw you say it comes out a lil then stops. i did that on left side and it worked after a few tries
