Improving throttle responce

I'm looking to improve my throttle response time, it seems to be a bit slow. I've been reading that adjusting the voltage on the TPS would produce better results and better overall performance. I have a 1995 xj 4.0L. I'm not exactly sure what to do but i'm sure it wouldn't be to hard.

TPS is not adjustable for this model/year.

Also look into a bored out throttle body. That will improve throttle response as well, 99+ intake mod, header and hi-flow exhaust such as hiflow cat, 2.5" exhaust from header/exhaust manifold back as well.
