ignition switch maybe ?
 

my truck goes under water alot i have the computers up high but now when i went to start it it cranked up shut off a second later but if i hold it in start position it grinds the starter but stays runin bad ignition switch ? i will buy it tommorow if so when the key is half way nothin works wipers nothin so for now i jumped a relay to get it to run no acc thow

I have had this happen to me on several times,on the left side of the engine compartment on the fender there is a connector,it is whit looks like porcelin,it has 2 wires one to and one from,see if they are both connected.

yea it is connetced any one any ideas ignition swicth is 12 dollars

Switch it out. It won't hurt to try. It's cheap and takes about 20 min.
