Ignition/starter button?

Well when I bought my Jeep, it was rigged up with a button for when the car doesn't want to start via the key. The wires for the button though somehow got loose and disconnected. Can anyone tell me where they go? I kow one wire goes through the firewall down to the starter.. Where does the second wire go? Power source? Ground? The part that came out seems to have a male tab-style connector on it. :dunno:

well I'm pretty sure its to the power
but just to be safe
try the ground first
then to a hot wire
