i replaced my lock cylinder just yesterday and already it is giving me problems. i can start it without using the key. and the key just pulls out from anyposition. did i do somthing wrong or is a just a bad ignition.

 

Does the rest of the cylinder move freely? Put it back together 100%? If not, return it, they're cheap enough, but just tell the store it's defective.

 

Id almost say you got a defective one, I just changed mine out a week ago and zero problems.
