Pretty good detective work there - I couldn't find much!

No emissions equipment that I am aware of, but then I am not a mechanic. I will put some pics of the engine bay up when I get the thing back from the mechanics.

Im pretty sure its a carb - like I said Im not a mechanic but I can tell a carb when I see one... Ill post pics
