I am planning on haveing a 4.5" suspension lift installed and 34x11.5 tires but i am concerned that the steering/ other parts ma not work the same way as they used to. any suggestions?

Yes they will be affected
You will need an alignment, Adj Track bar, and prolly a drop pitman arm.
Also will have to consider Longer lower control arms

well for one most people will have driveline vibrations without a t case drop and weird steering angles without pitman arm drop. other then that with those big tires look into beefier tie rods and etc. maybe if you're really worried different power steering pump and better gearbox etc...

skip the drop pitman arm and do a tie rod flip. An SYE would be a better option than a transfer case drop as well. You're gonna want to regear with those 34's too. I wouldn't beat on it too hard with tires that big if your'e running the dana 35 in the back.
