Default Idling at 2k rpms after new 02 sensor

So i had a bad o2 sensor replaced it with oem bosch from advanced auto. After installing it was idling extremly low soumding like a big cam loping it threw a new code for tps high circuit p0123 I replaced it with a new one and now is idling high at 2k-2.5k rpms for 30 seconds and then tries to die then its right back up to 2k. As i have read on here it should be the iac valve making it do this correct?

If the TPS isn't adjusted right it could be causing it, or maybe something like a vacuum hose or wire connection got bumped/disconnected/damaged while working on it.

It cant be adjusted. Its a 1998 i6 4.0 with an auto tranny i know the clock spring is bad and ive read on here the 2 can be connected they share a signal or ground something like that. It runs fine with the tps unplugged and using the pre programmed simulator from the ecm
