Idle problem.

Idle problem.
Hey guys I'm new here, and still trying to figure things out. But I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee 4.0L and I'm having an idle problem. After I hit op temperature, I hear my radiator fan kick on and my RPM's bounce up, then drop down, and when it drops my voltage gage for my battery drops and bounces back up. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
