Default idk anymore plz help

Jeep gurus I need some I've looked high n low and I'm stumped. Plz help me. Ill start at the beginning I have 98 xj sport it misses horrible under any strain (not violently but bad) and a rattle from flex plate area. Huge loss in power just before missing. it started mildly and has got worse the last couple wks. Its my DD so parking n working on its kinda not an option. Since the problem started I have replaced cps map tps cleaned ias and switched w spare. Replaced o2s injectors fuel pump plugs wires cap n rotor. Iv checked fuel lines vac lines all grounds relays fuses. Iv double checked bellhousing bolts flywheel bolts anything I cud think of. I'm starting to think ecu or tcm maby. They are some of the few factory parts and have near 450k on them. Any input at all wud be greatly appreciated

I didn't see where you changed the cam position sensor or the coil.

Cha Ching!

Edit: And of course you don't see a Check Engine light on, and you didn't use a scanner or code reader to see if there's any codes stored.

Ya sorry about it being sloppy um but yes I ran codes it pops up random misfire in # 1 2 & 3 cylinders and yes new coil and pickup sensor both within last couple months. and all of a sudden it's shifting really hard and I changed fluid and filter since new tranny install in Oct. of last year

450K miles on the engine! Is that a typo?

You may want to do a compression check on all cylinders and a compression loss check as well, listening for air escaping out the throttle body and/or the tail pipe.

Air escaping out the TB would mean a defective intake valve and out the tail pipe, a defective exhaust valve. Air escaping from the oil filler hole in the valve cover would mean bad rings, but this could be found doing a compression check.
