Default I want to put my sway back on

Hey, I'm sure the sway bar issue has been beaten to death but I wanted to re-install one on my '00. The issue is that the previous owner discarded it. Can I go to a junk yard and buy a factory one then purchase the JKS Manufacturing quick disconnects to accommodate my 4.5 lift? Is this all I need? Anything to consider?

Thanks Guys

XJ's had a couple different size swaybars, but i dont think that should matter here. like okc said, just match one from another jeep.

So as long as I get one from a '00 or '01 then I should be good?

should just bolt right up. make sure the bushings are good. mine are shot and they rattle, kind of annoying. but i've grown to ignore it by turning up the music.

Thanks again guys for the info! Oh, one last thing, will the aftermarket trackbar hit it or will I have the clearance?

you should be ok, mine doesn't hit my RE tracabr to the best of my knowledge. when you disco, just secure it tightly so it's not flopping around everywhere.

It shouldn't... unless your jeep has a high steer setup on it like my friends where he had to cut off the sway bar axle mounts to relocate the trac bar mount for the setup...

dumb question, but why do you want the sway bar back on? Does it help with stability on the road?
