Lookin to upgrade my motor and try to make this puppy fast. I know i can change the header, my A/C doesnt work anyway so take that out? Throttle body spacer adds a little HP at high RPM's? Intake manifold? I just dont know what else i could do to get some horses under my hood...

Default It depends how much money you have.

Check out You Tube. Turbo charged Jeep. You have to spend and do a lot of work to upgrade the suspention to handle any speed. The 4.0 is most powerful at lower rpms. They werent made for speed! Low end torque for pulling, climbing and wheeling Yes.

hi everyone, i am new here and i have already posted my greeting in the introduction section if you want to check it out.

as to answer your question Jeffro, you can make your cherokee go fast but it will take some coin. Check out http://www.hesco.us/ they have stroker kits, cams, new aluminum head and a lot of other parts that will help you make your cherokee fast.

Also check out http://www.avengersuperchargers.com/ as they offer a roots style supercharger for jeeps.

I'd buy a new head for the motor I d get a eight cylinder head though and get your self a duel carb intake dont go over 600 cfms on the carbs. Get a set of straight eight headers and a duel exhaust kit. The low pro wheels and light rims will help with over all weight. You could go with a 275 350 hp doulbe shot nos go 1 barrel shot and 1 plate shot. But I m sure you already know most of this but I m just tryin to help good luck
