Default I think my rear main is bad.

I have a 98 4.0 in a 96 body XJ. I just got back from JS and saw smoke coming from the front so I popped the hood and could'nt find anything. I looked under it and there was oil coming from the bell housing. When I turn the motor off it stops. I cheacked the valve cover gasket and it's good. I don't see oil any where but where the tranny and motor mount together. Rear main seal? What do you think? When the motor is running it comes out pretty fast. I called auto Zone and they said there are a 2or 1 piece ,which one do you have?I dont know. Does anyone know?

Mine makes a puddle about the size of a 12in sub in about 10 to 15 sec and is comming from the middle of bell.
