Exclamation I seriously need your help wont stay running

I have national guard drills today and my xj wont stay running. So if anybody could tell me whats wrong with it i would appreciate it. So basically i went to my moms house to pick up some army gear and on the way back about a block down the road my jeep started to loose rpms. (by the way yesterday i kept putting gas in it and it woundnt go over 1/8 of a tank). so now it will start but it wont go over about 1000 rpm and then when i try to give it some gas it doesnt feel right and dies out even quicker. it stays barley running for about 45 seconds. could someone please help for the love of god. thank you

sounds like u got to much **** on the sock of your fuel pump (inside the tank) also replace either the gas tank if u have a leak or the sending unit so ur gauge will read right

borrow a back pressure tester from autozone. install in o2 sensor b4 cat and check pressures. better than cutting exhaust. if its not clogged then u have to replace exhaust. more money. we spend enough on our jeep habit!!!
