I Need Flares and Advise Please!
Guys, I am in need of some new flares for my 2000 build. I am leaning toward the Rusty's flex flares. Do you have feedback on these? Also would you recommend them or a different company? This rig will be receiving about 50% street and 50% off road usage so I cannot consider bushcrackers.

flairless an option? the other is building your own tube style fenders

there is someone on naxja that makes some bushwacker look alikes that are supposed to be pretty stout, cant remember who it is though. Theyre made a little different and are a little bit more narrow

Napier Precision. Doug is a real good guy to deal with. I have a set of his prototypes when he was first designing them. I love them, they are very tough, I've hit trees with them and catch the lugs of my Swampers on them all the time. I was about ready to order the Rusty's flex flares when I saw these and started asking him about them.
I've also trimmed mine quite a bit, leaving about 3/4" at the top and they are still rugged. (Doug didn't recommend this, but he's happy they are holding up well). http://napierprecisionproducts.com/V...LACK-V2-MB.htm There's some videos up on them too: http://www.youtube.com/user/bc4x4dot.../1/NXDuGSzqKw8 If you have any questions about them, let me know. |
what are wrong with bushwackers? they make the flat style too now
