2000 coolant temperature sensor

2000 coolant temperature sensor
I have a 2000 cherokee sport 4.0 84,300 mi starts fine when cold ,even extreme .When operating temp reached has long crank to start ,runs fine after starting ,replaced fuel pump ,still same ,checked coolant sensor resistance 20.53 approx 50 deg [f] ,623 at operating temp is this normal ?, thanks for any help

I'am Having the same problem. I talked to a tech at a local jeep dealer and he said to change the fuel filter because it has a check valve in it.He said they have also changed the pump's in the past to fix this problem and failed to do so but the filter worked.I'am going to try that first.
